Skyfinder Locating is a free, Texas-based apartment locating service with a modern, approachable vibe.

It was important for the visual identity to reflect the brand’s precision, clarity, and modern approach to apartment-finding across three of the largest cities in Texas: Austin, Dallas, and Houston. The logo is made up of two overlapping location pins that form an “s,” and the clean, sans-serif typography complements the icon by emphasizing professionalism without unnecessary noise. Its simplicity mirrors the brand’s promise of clear communication, efficient service, and dependable results.
